WHAT IS IT?: Ammonia-free, delicate decolorizing powder, ideal for natural or dyed hair enriched with the exclusive E-PLEX Bond Repair.

WHAT IT DOES: DELY BLONDE is a compact, micro-granular decolorizing powder, which lightens up to 6-7 shades. Does not swell and is easy to mix and apply.

HOW TO USE: in a non-metal bowl, mix 1 part DELY BLONDE + 2 parts hydrogen peroxide 10, 20, 30, 40 vol. Apply on dry hair. Do not use on scalp. Leave on for 20 – 40 minutes. Do not place under a heat source. Rinse thoroughly, apply BLONDE SEALER. Rinse and wash with Blonde Shampoo. Tone if necessary, followed by shampoo and conditioner.
